Pls HELP!!!
Hello guys, I am facing a really tough problem.

I have 2 DVD's; first is PAL@25fps and second is NTSC@29.97 fps. Now I want to edit from both the DVD's using Videostudio x2 software. The problem is that due to change in fps I can't render the final output properly(it messes with the video quality).

I have ripped the DVD's to my HDD and have obtained a single .vob file for each of them.

I want to do the foll things to get good results.

1] Convert .vob file to .mpg [as .vob is unreadable]
2] Change both mpg's fps to 23.976 [to their native fps]
3] Then try to edit.

I have tried everything I can do to get the above mentioned things but all have failed. I have almost spent 25-30hrs searching on net for solutions but all in vain.

Pls help me out!!! I going  on this.

How about searching the subforums of IFO/VOB editors and/or DVD authoring? You'll find something there, for sure ...
Also my search in google did yield some nice results...
