I need to reverse a conversion. It is a simple conversion alternating between 3 and 4 fields per frame, but I don't really know enough about AVISynth to find the solution myself. Is there a way to ender an IVTC filter that will work for 3:4 instead of 2:3?

TIVTC can handle this just fine. Call TFM as usual and then TDecimate with the right cycle/R parameters.

I end up with:
2221222122212221
After TFM, how do I send this through TDecimate()?

Thanks

TDecimate(cycle=7,cycleR=3)

Thanks, the cycle and cycleR thing confused me, especially when it was not clearly stated anywhere.

Yeah, more or less this was my own fault. MeGUI requires AVISynth, then installs plugins for it, but does not tell you were to look for descriptions of the functions.

Don't feel too bad, I'm a documentation junkie and I still don't understand half the crap I read in those files.
