I used ACVHD.me to create a compatible folder with Jarhead. I'm curious that I did the same thing for Batman 1989, but the PS3 doesn't recognise the folder from the XMB. Can anyone help?

AVCHDme only makes filenames compatible, not the structure. You need goBD (http://multiavchd.deanbg.com/goBD-tool.exe)or AVCHDpatcher to make INDEX.BDM AVCHD compliant. You also need to have AVCHD folder placed at the root of your USB HDD.. like
X:\AVCHD\BDMV\INDEX.BDM

Seems it was a problem with Tsmuxer. For Batman I used a more recent version and chose Blu Ray remux. It worked when I chose AVCHD remux instead.

Yes, you should've said you used tsMuxeR.
