Seinfeld Disc Losing Key Frames

I'm trying to use DVDRebuilder with disc 2 of Seinfeld season 4. I've done the other discs with no problems but disc 2 is giving me trouble. After it has been rebuilt, whenever I try to jump to a scene using the slider in PowerDVD it will only go to the beginning of the nearest chapter. It won't let me skip to a scene between chapters. All the other discs worked fine and disc 2 works fine before being processed by DVDRebuilder so somehow the process is causing a loss of keyframes between chapter headings. Anybody know a way to solve this?

I just got this same problem with Kung Fu Season 3 Disc 6. I can't be the only person who's come across the problem.

I just got this same problem with Kung Fu Season 3 Disc 6. I can't be the only person who's come across the problem. Try it with something other than PowerDVD (preferably a standalone) and see if you still have the problem.

I used DVDFabDecrypter to rip it.

I played around with several different ways to make this work like using the 3step rebuild instead of one click and replacing the newly created ifos with the originals which just corrupted the thing. But I finally found something that worked. Aftering encoding & rebuilding I loaded the original & the rebuilt dvd's into dvdremake and plugged the newly encoded video in the original dvd's structure and it worked fine. So dvdrebuilder has to corrupted the structure of the dvd somehow. I'm thinking maybe it's something to do with the "Correcting VTS Sectors" thing but maybe that's only because i'm not sure what this is.

I don't own a standalone dvd player to test.

I've encoded the entire season in the past and haven't come across any problems while using DVD-RB.
