I am gettinga strange message on ConvertXtoDVD. Unsupported...Sorry i forgot. I also suddenly cannot rip my DVDs from DVDshrink and DVDdycryper and AnyDVD. It sops at the endand freezes.
I tried toe forums but they want the logs and I do not know how to paste them and system info when this is a horrible custom computer. Is Windows somehow blocking me? I downloaded(by mistake)two unremovable updates. I cannot system restoe or transfer memory and rebuild the OS and cannot afford to get it done.
Even backing up former backups does not work. Something is going on and I am not too savvy.
I feel so very stupid.
