default track with mp4box?

Is it possible to flag a track as the "default" track with mp4box? I tried to mux a subtitle file and MPC displays the tracks with the default configuration, but with VLC it has to be selected in the menu.
How can I set (flag) a track as the default (or forced) one?

with VLC always have to manually select embedded subs!
