Autocrop fails in StaxRip

Today I loaded for a several time a .ts file on staxrip and I got a failure message like "could not find AutoCrop.log file"...
I uninstalled Staxrip and downloaded the 1.1.1.8 beta version which does not need an installation.
Again I load a .ts file and autocrop fails. This time I get a message that states "Autocrop failed".
I have the 2.5.8 avisynth version.
I use ts muxer to demux the .ts file and then open dgavc application to create a dga file to load on the AVS script creator of megui.
I have loaded several .dga files on AVS script creator of megui successfully in the past. This time the AVS script creator gets stuck along with megui.
I have the feeling that something must be wrong with avisynth.
Do you have any idea?

Could at least one tell me if it's an autocrop.dll problem (located in in Avisynth plugins in Staxrip Applications folder in Local Settings)?

Well I didi not know which is the best suited board for this matter... I was expecting from some of the specialists to decide on that...
When you say source you mean where the video file came from?
It is an sd source...

Why do you say it is SD when the frame size is 1920 x 1080?

I said sd because usually it happens on sd sources. This is upscaled from sd. It is stuff from my vcr and tv.

I've only seen the problem with HD AVC sources, hard to tell what the problem is, AutoCrop.dll creates the log file where it should, StaxRip waits a few seconds for it but don't find it. Maybe I should investigate it if it's too much of a pain, I guess I already would have if I would have HD sources.

In my case there is no autocrop.log file created inside the temp files folder. There is one log file outside the folder. The thing is that the problem emerges when the source is sd. With hd avc sources that were genuine I never had a problem...
Staxrip, would you like to send you a 60 mins hd clip to test? But as I said before my problem is sd avc...
Could there be a conflict between staxrip 1.1.1.0 version which is installed and Staxrip beta version?
And something else in Documents and settings there are 2 admin folders and both have local settings with Staxrip apps.
Could there be a clash issue?
I don't think so. I believe it is something to do with the source file.
If it's not much trouble for you tell me to send you a small clip to test...

Well I'd like to hear what causes the problem even if it can't be fixed. I never had such issue and I used staxrip before. It started only with avc sd material...

How did you generate the TS file from your VCR? I'm looking for clarification on rule 6 here, so if you evade a direct answer it could be a problem for you.

Are you asking for clarification of a rule, neuron2? I happen to be a lawyer... And I know that law permits people to make digital files from videocamera tapes that contain personal stuff, personal moments, weddings, funerals, parties, meetings... Also laws do not forbid people to record things when they are destined for personal use. I am sorry to say this but in the initial post I created there is no implication or a hint to a rule no 6 violation.
So I can't understand why you are bringing such matter into discussion.
