PS:You can view the changes (and thus see the progress made) by getting (http://git.videolan.org/) the code, but there is no table of the targets set and how many of them have been met.

libbluray, libaacs, and libbdplus are now hosted by videolan and are in git repos. libbluray info can be found at http://www.videolan.org/developers/libbluray.html.

libaacs page will be up soon, but the git repo is available to the public now. Search the forums for the git repo link.

libbdplus is still not available to the public yet.

Mailing lists for libbluray and libaacs will be up (and working) soon. There's no designated section available in trac for any of the libs at the moment.
