Basic encoding question:
What would *qualitywise* be the best way to transcode/re-encode DTS 1500 to AC3 640? Speed isn't important.
I guess 100% quality/accuracy would only be possible with commercial and certified DTS DEcoders and AC3 ENcoders, right?
What would be the best software for that (open DTS -> save as AC3)?
