How to sync subtitles to a DVD Vob files?

I normally use Subtitle Workship to sync with AVI and it works well. Problem is that it doesn't support multi vob files from a VIDEO_TS folder. Also I think it has timing problems when working with vob as well.

I have tried Media Player Classic which allows me to load subs with DVDs. However what I get in there isn't the same as when I actually the subs to the DVD, the timing seems to gradually lose sync throughout the movie.

Is there any software which will support multi vobs and allow me to sync subs to it?

I have this problem, too. I try KMPlayer for it, but don't work well.

In-VOB-(Re-)Syncing of already muxed subs: DVDSubEdit.

Additive Editing: Aegisub 2.1.6

I just work to add subs onto a 23.976 DVD
which I ripped for this purpose as a single VOB.
Until now successfully and stable to its end !
Compiling (DLP) yet to come.
Aegisub 2.1.7 stalls on my system.
(No worries, 2.1.6 works and as soon as I am finished, I will donate.)

How to select say from subtitle 443 to subtitle 587, if only these are out of synch?

To have a narrowed-down selection besides complete language sets
you can modify chapter-wise (selection by VCID).

If you want to have this narrowed down further,
then you may reedit only single sub by sub.

No single toggle on/off selection in DVDSubEdit as far as I know.

But in these cases I would gladly Subrip, use Aegisub and retime, rerender and remux everything to the bone
(what I am doing anyway to justify the effort).
