Is there any way to combine two mp4 files (assuming same resolution, format, audio and all that) without decoding and re-encoding? Something like VirtualDub's Direct Stream Copy but for mp4 files? Thanks!

Append with YAMB. Check Kurtnoise's site for recent builds.

Ok, I tried that and what happens is I get an output file with the duration of the longer clip and a size slightly larger than the larger clip, but it doesn't fully combine them. Also I'm confused by the GUI, when I input the two files I want to combine it splits them up into audio and video segments in the Input box, but how are they supposed to be ordered? Does it matter? Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I've attached the log file from Yamb and a screenshot showing the Input box.

Nevermind. I got it working with AVIDemux.
