AACSKEYS newbie question

why do I still get Could not open file : c:\\ProcessingDevicekeysSimple.txt
error: PROCESSMKB, errnr:-1
I have ProcessingDevicekeysSimple.txt in just about every sub folder in aacskeys-0.4.0c folder

I can get volume id with dumpVID
aacskeys-0.4.0c tells me the disc is MKBv =3

my drive is GGW-H20L YL05 (patched)
I have tried to installed the UDF 2.5 drivers
also have powerDVD installed along with the lastest ver AnyDVD HD which will rip the disc just fine
just trying to learn ...thanks for any help

put the text file in the same folder as the exe, not subfolders

Yes I have in with the EXE as well

Ok I figured it out...placed the file here all by it's self C:\ProcessingDeviceKeysSimple.txt
I guess right where the error was tell me it was not found
