I have been using TMPG for about a year to encode VCD's with much success. I usually rip with Smartripper and use Vob2Audio for my MP3 files. I have recently upgraded to Win XP Pro and have had various problems with sound. Some decode fine, others I have had to use Besweet to get an audio file. I am trying to encode a movie which is 3 hours and 14 minutes in length. Anytime I try to start encoding the movie, I get an error that the audio was not decoded properly. I decoding the audio 3 times, once with VOB2Audio, DVD2AVI & then Besweet. I also tried just using a WAV file instead of an MP3. Each time I start to encode, I grt the same error. I then took the WAV file and cut the soundtrack from 195 minutes to 100 minutes , went back in and the encoding started. Has TMPG got a size limit on an audio track? Any suggestions?
