Need help deinterlacing (sample link inside)

I've tried ydif/srestore on this, but something seems off.
Looking for suggestions on this interlaced piece here.

I prefer RePAL for this, but neither RePAL nor SRestore unblends the whole thing perfectly. The cars near the end have too many blended fields to be completely unblended. About all you can hope for is that you get the framerate correct and that it plays smoothly.
