Has someone been able to slowdown or speedup video in DVD playback? I have tried Decrease Rate and Increase Rate functions but they never seem to work. The only workaround for me is to copy the VOB files out of the disc and then play them back using ffdshow for both video and audio. There is no such problem with PowerDVD.
