Hi!

I'm using a Cinergy HT PCI and want to do some streaming, this however has turned out to be a very difficult task. The analog tuner will show up as a video capture device e.g. in Flash Media Encoder or Skype (just like a Webcam), but the DVB-T Tuner does not show up at all (Windows Media Center can use the Tuner fine though, I can watch TV with it).

a) Is there any way to make the digital tuner show up in the capture devices list?

b) If not, do you know *ANY* application that has RTMP output BESIDES Flash Media Encoder, that will acceppt a http/udp stream as input and DOES NOTHING AT ALL TO IT? (Then I could use VLC to encode the dvb-t input (since VLC can open it and recompress it on the fly) and send it to a Flash Media Server (e.g. ustream).

c) If not, do you know any tool that will create a "virtual capture device" that will accept an http/upd stream as input? I'm thinking of something similar to the virtual screen capture devices (that will record parts of your screen), only that it uses a given stream as input.

I don't think I got right what you wanna do exactly but would it help to know that vlc can directly open the stream from the tuner without sending the stream to it?
