Hi, please translate the non english parts and try renaming the folder unless you are 100% it don't contain any unicode.

The first file worked so either the second file is corrupt or there is a bug in NicAudio, AviSynth wrapper or AviSynth. The exception happens in dimzon's wrapper so you should write dimzon a pm and point him to this thread.
