Read a lot of posting here and found that most software that produce H.264 video accept DVD/VOB/TS as source. What software can convert avi files to H.264 in 3gp or mp4 files? I am trying to convert a short clip of my home video from DV tape to video file that can fit into my Windows Mobile phone. Here is the expected spec of the file:
Resolution: 800x480
Frame Rate: 23.97 FPS
Encoder: H.264
Bit Rate: 900 or 1500 kbps
Audio: 44100 Hz 2 Channels Stereo
Encoder: AAC
Bit Rate 128 kbps
Please help.
