Qs about Demux Audio, Sync and Remux it

I want to resync an audio of dvd (ac3) to cut or join purpose.
when I demux it, I should use what tools to editing and resync it frame by frame in order to remux it again?

In your case, I would recommend trying Cuttermaran (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Cuttermaran) for the audio/video editing (rather than Avidemux or VirtualDub, which are recommended in the tutorial). They just don't handle audio particularly well.
