Software to View Total Frame and Realtime FPS

Hi all,

I wonder if there are any software (freeware of course :D) that allow me to view total number of frame in a video files (I believe MediaInfo do not have this) and is there any video player that allow me to view realtime FPS for the video being played? The reason I ask because I have some Variable Frame Rate video that I need to test with it. Thank you in advance.

BitrateViewer (http://www.winhoros.de/docs/bitrate-viewer/), just to name one.

For example: Use MPC-HC (http://www.xvidvideo.ru/content/category/1/1/2/) for playback, make sure that Enhanced Video Renderer is used (Options -> Output) and press Ctrl+J during playback ;)
