Help needed on deinterlacing

Hey Guys,

i really need help deinterlacing this properly. The problem is that some frames are blending and creating this issue.

Here is a sample if someone can help me. And dont ask about script as there is really nothing i have been able to do.

those blends are there for special effect, and there's nothing difficult with the clip other than a simple IVTC
