picture shift

have a clip where i want to shift every second frame in x,y direction. How to do it?
even=clp.selectevery(2,1)....#which filter here -
odd=clp.selectevery(2,0)
interleave(odd, even)

Use a resizer with the additional 'cropping' parameters.

can you help exactly how to shift by let say 1/4 pixel down:
Spline36Resize(width,height,0,0,0,-0.25)
where width, height are the same as the clip has before the shift?
