Hi,
I need to eliminate the artifacts due to segmenting an open-gop mpeg2 long clip in short clips.
At the end of each short clip there are 2 "orphan b-frames"
that cause artifact. I don't want to trim out the last 2 frames for audio-video syncro reasons.
How can I substitute these two last frames with a copy of the third from the last frame ?
