I wonder how can i move forward some part of the audio with Sound Forge 9 or any other audio editing software for a second or milliseconds? I can't find that option...
Edit: I've found option in Sound Forge called "Time Stretch", but it only allows me to stretch it in percents, not in seconds or milliseconds. Any other software for doing this?
