BDRebuilder prob

After using AnyDVDHD to rip to hard drive BDRebuilder says its not a BD file. I know I had this working fine before but I don't rip too many BDs.
All I get from AnyDVDHD is an iso file which it seems BDRebuilder doesn't like.
Take it easy on me guys I'm a Newbie. Dan

Rip in File mode rather than iso image.
