Collapse part of picture. VirtualDub

Hi,

Do you know some filter(s) for VirtualDub, which can perform collapsing the part of picture?

I've got some useless part of picture in the middle, which I want to throw away by removing the area of about 150 pixels of height.

So I want the bottom part of picture go up for 150 pixels and the whole picture will be smaller by these 150 pixels in height.

PS. Or is there any free tools for this? I don't want to install monsters to perform this (seems to be quite easy) task.

I think you're going to have to use Avisynth to do that.

Hi!can perform collapsing the part of picture?Are you referring to a single frame, static picture, such as a JPEG, or many continuous frames in a video?
