dvdrb-pro error after phase i on 64 bit

i have win7-rtm-64bit, a amd 64 x2 dualcore cpu and 4gb ram.

and dvdrb pro 1.26.5 and HCenc 0.23 (as cce does not work in 64 bit)
and it still does not work
i tried the dvdrb easy too, same/similar error
, after phase 1 hads completed, i get :
"the currently selected mode does not match the mode used during prepare, cannot continue"
but i use 1-clik encoding.
ive double checked all settings, installpaths etc
and followed all install & setup instructions

is it a windows7 problem???

i have avisynth installed

am i missing something???

Are you a registered user? If so, please upgrade to the most current version of DVD Rebuilder, as I no longer respond to that ancient version. If you're not a registered user, please don't post your problems with hacked rip-offs.
