WMVcmd output problem

Testing wmvcmd out, have a problem with the output ( see picture, only red killtext, not blue )

if i use wvc1 the output is garbage
is i use 2 pass modes the output is garbage

i will upload the video as soon as i can, 1-2 days.

Decode or encode problem ?
