yesterday and today i did big search in the forum about Lplex, the result stills:
"1. Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."

http://audioplex.sourceforge.net

from Lplex v 0.2 beta win32 read-me:
"The purpose of Lplex is to provide a free, quick, and hopefully painless way to

- create a playable full-resolution audio-only dvd-video disc from wave or flac audio filesets, with md5 verification and archival content.

- extract unencrypted lpcm audio streams from dvd-video to wave or flac in an md5-verified process.

You're already fully equipped for hi-res audio (up to 24
bit/96khz)
if you have a typical dvd-player and digital amp, and Lplex is a way to take advantage of this."
...
"Just drop a folder (or disc) onto 'Lplex.exe' and it automatically creates a dvd if it finds audio files inside, or extracts audio if it finds a dvd filesystem. That's it (almost)."

ok, was done from 5.1 waves and is running in pc in 5.1, sounds very good.

burning and playind the DVD-Video in 2 standalone players to receiver/decoder i got stereo.

what can be wrong? why stereo ?

If your conexion between standalone player and receiver is SPDIF (optical or coaxial) this is the problem.
SPDIF can support 5.1 AC3 or DTS, but only support stereo LPCM

yes i use coaxial.

thinking in options: my receiver have multichannel input(analogs/RCA) and my standalones have multichannel outputs too but for DD only(DD decoder built in)

seems impossible to get 5.1 waves...
how to connect player/decoder to play this format?

Try multichannel output, LPCM don't need decoders is uncompressed audio.

ok!
one of my standalones have lots of adjusts to try, the other is showing in the manual that is for DD analog multichannlel outputs only but deserve tests too.

raquete,

To confirm. If you intending to hear 6Ch LPCM audio from a DVD player, you will have to connect the 6Ch analogue outputs from your DVD player to the 6Ch analogue inputs on your amplifier (if your devices have these connections. Not all do).

It is not possible to pass 6Ch LPCM audio via SPDIF (coaxial or optical). Neither the DVD player or amplifier support this feature.

That said, if you have a Blu-ray player and an surround sound amplifier that supports the new "high-def audio" formats, you will be able to hear 6Ch LPCM audio passed via HDMI :)

no Blu-ray player, no HDMI in amplifier but i'm lucky, my 2 standalones have 6Ch analogue outputs and the amplifier/decoder have 6Ch analogue inputs.

thank you so much SeeMoreDigital and tebasuna 51 !!!
you're great ! :)
