DGIndex Motion Code Error

DGIndex detects a Motion Code Error in this stream: http://www.mediafire.com/?hejwwtxnx5a

Can it be fixed somehow? This error along with some artifacts appears on a regular basis in the whole stream, not only in the chunk above.

Your stream is corrupted. The fix is to fix your capture problem.

There's also another problem: the double rate deinterlacing generates flickering, the single rate one works fine.
