Another audio sync problem

I encoded a DVD into 4 AVI files having a frame rate of 29.971(shouldn't have done that in the first place). My problem is that I when I apply TIVTC on them separately & join them, I get my output in perfect sync but now, I hear clicks or plops at exactly those time lengths where one file ends & other begins. I am not able to figure out how to get rid of those clicks & maintain sync. I don't have the dvd now so I am stuck with those 4 AVI files. The audio in those 4 AVI is MP3 CBR & the have the same sample rate & bit depth. I also tried muxing all the AVI files but then the audio sync lost when the 3rd AVI file starts in the muxed file. I can assure that the files separately are in perfect sync. Even the time-stretching & resampling turned out to be confusing. Below is the information regarding the 4 AVI files:

Suggestions, apart from not doing this method again in the future ?

Sorry, you need to get the original DVD and re-rip it. This is Rule 6 territory. (That would be my first suggestion anyway.)
