Trim H264 and aac videos

Is it Possible to trim(without re-encoding)
Video: MPEG4 Video (H264)
Audio: AAC 48000Hz stereo
Subtitle: Advanced SubStation Alpha

files without problems?
Can't do it with virtualdubmod.
Please let me know.

Mux everything to MKV (if not already done) and use mkvmerge (GUI) to split the file.

AVIDemux. But it's tricky.

1) Seek to the position you want to cut. Make sure AVIDemux denotes it as a keyframe.
2) Play the video from that exact spot. If the video starts playing from a position 3-4 seconds ahead or behind the spot you thought you originally selected, then that position is what you are really going to get if you cut the video. You need to play around with it until you find the exact keyframe where you want the cut to be at.

i actually had the Mkv files that i wanted to trim, and never looked global options in mkv gui, how stupid of me.

mp4 files can be imported directly into Mkvmerge but i don't know if yamb can do that?
