Any free 5.1 (dts) plugs/encoders for Mac OS X?

Looking for a very simple stereo to 5.1 converter/encoder. Any help on this please?:thanks:

Command line utility afconvert should be able to do that (I haven't tried)
Output formats supported: DTS

There exists a project for a DTS encoder in the ffmpeg development,
but AFAIK it won't be publicly-available very soon (if ever).

Forgot to mention OS X 10.4.11. Plus terminal interface apps/utils scare me right off. Drag and Drop was closer to what I meant.
