Hello,

on some sources I noticed in the segment viewer (after prepare stage in 3 click-mode) that some cells were marked as to be encoded with a bitrate higher than 100%. I had one with reduction level of about 600%. This only affects small cells (~ 00:00:00:10), but in sum this leads to a noticeable undersizing of the whole disc. The problem is that in these cases the slider to adjust the reduction level cannot be grabbed, because it is not seeable in the GUI. The other option to click the decrease button will take too long (at least if you want from 612.4% to an area where the slider becomes seeable again (~ 103%)), because decreasing doesn't accelerate after a while.
In most cases these cells appear in the extras (e.g. Cell Id 2 for VID 1). Normally I use Half-D1 and half space for extras. Is it a problem to mark these cells for "No Reencoding" in the segment viewer, because as far as I know it is against DVD specs to mix Half-D1 and Full D1 on the same VTS? Or what does happen there?
Is it possible to set the desired value in the rebuilder.inf (the one in the working directory)?
@jdobbs: Could you add any code that prevents cells as to be encoded with bitrates higher than 100%?

I hope I didn't exceed the maximum amount of questions.:)

The max Bitrate is set to 25000 and this is evently too small.! :( (When I use Highest quality and Target Size =BD25)

I use DVD Rebuilder, not the BluRay app.
