one click encoder error

Hi,
I try to use "one click encoder" method to compress my dvd collection.

I had no problems with "autoencode".

My source : dvd "rip with dvd decrypter"
I create a OneClick profile:
Filesize: don't care
Autocrop & Signal AR
Avisynth profile: scratchpad
Automatic deinterlacing
x264: Unrestricted 2 pass anime toons HQ
NDAAC-HE-64Kbps
container type: MP4

I start the job in Queue:
d2v file: OK
AC3 file create
Audio compression OK
THE video first pass failed immediately and go to "error" in status colonn

Hi!

Sounds like DVD Decrypter is not capable of properly ripping the original DVD disc (Either copy protected or physically damaged, or dirty).

Try cleaning the disc. If that doesn't help, instead of DVD Decrypter, try using (freeware) DVDFabHD Decrypter...

I had the same problems with video first pass encoding.

I don't have these problems when I encode with "Autoencode" (d2v creator / AVS script creator / Autoencode)

Probably your crop is doing it. Change it to

crop( 4, 0, -4, 0)

and report what happens.

Hi,
all jobs are OK and the result is good.
But in "one click encoder" options, how can I manage the crop?

Another question: the output video resolution is a bit stange.
I check "signal AR", but I just want it to crop and to resize like I used to do it manually in AVS script creator.

How can I do?
