How can i convert 25fps video into 23.976? Also, when i convert it, is the audio going to change speed too? If not, how can i do that?
Details:
I have two same movies, actually episodes from cartoon 20 mins long. So, i've used one with better quality (23.976fps .AVI file) and encoded it to .MKV with MeGUI. It's the one with English audio. But in the other video, i just extracted audio from it, but fps of a video is 25. How can i change to 23.976? Actually, i don't need video at all, i just want audio to change so it can fit to first video with 23.976fps. Audio is .AAC.
