I am about to migrate from .bat and i wonder what i should go with .NET or native C++ ?
What is better and why ?

It depends on what you are making and what platforms you are targeting. What are you making and for what platforms?

Well, do you know either of the languages?
If not then VB 9 (.NET) would be the better choice, becuase its' syntax is similar to batch. C++ is far more complicated.

No, but someone from my organisation ( advancefx.org ) does and i will maintain it ( once i have the code i will learn it, i did the same for bat )
.NET it is.
