Editting MP4/H.264 with smart rendering (no recompression)

Hi,

I have a SANYO Xacti camcorder which record video in MP4-H.264/AAC format. I would like to edit this video (just cutting and joining, some titles and simple transitions). And since H.264 isn't a good format for editing (CPU intensive, high quality loss), I would like to avoid recompression, when possible.

Do you know any NLE editor which supports it?

I have the same camera and until I updated my PC I used MP4Cam2AVI using no compression to AVI and PCM for audio.
Since updating to Windows7 and an i7 box Vegas 8 handle the files ok.
