Automate 2-pass XVID compression?

I don't really do anything special with my videos, but I do compress a lot of them in virtualdubmod using the xvid codec. I like being able to batch process and let it run overnight, but it's a minor hassle to cue everything up, having to choose 1pass and 2pass for each video file.

Is there any basic script, utility, or something else that will let me load up a video and just 'save' it, where it will cue up the first and second pass on its own?

Ever had a look at AutoGK (http://www.autogk.me.uk/)? Unless you have specialized needs or direct control over nitty-gritty encoding parameters, it might do the trick.

FYI, specifying a filesize-based encode will run a 2-pass Xvid process. The quality setting, IIRC, only runs 1 pass.
