it's 94.98% FILM , when i'm using this line TFM(order=1).TDecimate() getting wrong frame rate

how do I de interlace the rest ?

If you're forcing film and then doing IVTC with TFM/TD, you're of course going to get the wrong frame rate. Read the TFM and TDecimate manuals and figure out how you want to handle the video sections - blend decimation is visually acceptable on most sources, IMO.

When creating the .d2v with dgindex honour pulldown flags so your source is still at its 29.97fps. Then when you run TFM(order=1).TDecimate() and your output will be film 23.97fps.
