How do you set up shrink 3.2 and img burn for dual layer burning?

You'll be better off having DVD Shrink output files, then use ImgBurn in build mode separately.

Yes..

You can use either ISO or file output from DVD Shrink. Outputting files and using ImgBurn in build mode will save some time.
