I used Doitfast4you to extract all audio and mpeg files from my DVD (NTSC Zone 4). Everything is OK as normal.
However, when I want to import those extracted files (audio and mpeg) in Scenarist, for my DVD compilation, it is strange that audio can be imported, while mpeg is rejected. In the past, importing all audio and mpeg from all DVDs into Scenarist is always successful. This is the first time I am faced with this kind of problem.
Can anyone suggest me how to solve this problem? The detail of error is shown below in the picture. Does it have any Software for this solution?
Thanks for your suggestion in advance. :thanks:

Length of GOP # 5 is 19 frames, max GOP length for NTSC in DVD Video is 18 frames.
You have to reencode your video...

Big thanks!
However, which software should I use in order to reencode my mpeg video before importing my mpeg movie into Scenarist?
Thanks again

In fact, all softwares were set in my computer by my friend. But lately, he flew to another country. And I don't know much about the software. So, when the problem comes, it might be hard for me to trace the cause of problem. I can do step by step of DVD extraction and DVD compilation, but I am not good at solving problem, if it comes.
Could you please suggest me the name of related software I can find and download?
Thanks

You don't have to reencode the whole MPEG file. There are "smarter" software that corect only the GOPs (yes, they reencode them, but only the GOPs that are longer, not the entire movie).
Google for GOP fixer.

Thanks for your help. Now, I can do it. Maybe, it is because of my mistake in some step during the process.
