hi !

I don`t konw need what tools to encoding it.

1. If i want ac3 to ec3(DD+),How can do it?

2. How to encoding one DTS-HD sound ?

Indeed. But don't be upset - there are excellent freeware tools for encoding AC3 (Aften / eac3to)! Otherwise, AAC is a great choice. Nero's free CLI encoder is quite impressive

Yes, but if he wanted to encode to AC3 or AAC I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have started this thread asking for an eac-3 or DTS-HD encoder.

That was sort of the point. Only commercial encoders exist.
