where to read more about HDMV authoring

Anybody know is there any information regards advanced settings and parameters description used in BD authoring.
I have to learn Scenarist HDMV but guide included is not exact enough.
There are lot of parameters used but nothing to read.
-Composition State
-epoch
-acquisition point interval
-TSrecording rate
-aplication type
-forced on flag
and so on...
