So i am trying to rip Burn Notice Season 2 and I have tried, DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, Dvd fab the newest version and nothing is working any idea's

If, in fact, your problem is due to a new protection scheme, wait a day or two and an updated version of DVDFabHD will likely appear that can handle it...
