Endsector error

I have started receiving an error message of Ifo Endsector does not match file size. What does this mean and how do I solve the problem?

It would be beneficial if you provided the most basic of underlying information - Such as, what software you're using to perform what procedure(s) that result in this error message - as well as the nature of the media on which you are performing the(se) procedure(s)...

I am using IfoEdit to edit vob files, i.e. change from 16:9 aspect ratio to 4:3, delete CC, make region free, etc. After I get done and try to save the video_ts.ifo file, it gives me the error message of Ifo Endsector does not match file size.
