I'm testing any compabability of windows 7 x64 on those encoding tools.
Should I use virtualdub x64 or x86 version ?
If I use VD x64, should all related stuffs like avisynth, xvid be x64 version too. That's mean mixture of x64 and x86 tools will not work together.

Usually using the x86 version will be fine and is more convenient. Currently there are very few things that actually benefit from 64-Bit.
Also: If you decide to go x64, you complete tool chain (decoders, filters, encoders) must be x64 too!
(The x64 version of x264 runs a bit faster than the x86 version. But using x264 VFW in VirtualDub isn't recommended anyway...)

Exactly.
