ffdshow not working in Camtasia?

Suddenly, I can't watch any H264 video in Camtasia Studio. It plays fine outside of Camtasia, but all I get is audio in Camtasia.

If I uninstall ffdshow and stick with another codec pack, it works fine in Camtasia, but THEN I can't encode in H264 via virtualdubmod.

Some setting in ffdshow perhaps?

Check the settings in ffdshow:
...Codecs...Raw video...this should be enabled
...Codecs...H.264/AVC...set it either to 'libavcodec' or 'ffmpeg-mt'

and check in 'DirectShow control' if it is listed
in "Don't use ffdshow in:", it shouldn't be there, if it is
remove it.

Raw video was disabled...what do I set it to? Tried "all supported" and same problem.

You don't need to enable raw video.

Disable the ffdshow whitelist in "DirectShow control" if you got that enabled.

If it still does not work after that, then maybe Camtasia blocks ffdshow?
