I was wondering if there is an easy-to-use x264 encoding GUI that is able to mux at least two audio tracks. I have started encoding my anime collection with Ripbot264, but I want the final MKV to have the English and Japanese audio track and Ripbot264 does not seem to support this.
I was using Staxrip for a while but it seems to produce stuttering video so I changed over to Ripbot264.

MeGUI. Right-click next to the tab for "Audio 1" under Tools - > "Muxer" -> "MKV Muxer" and choose "Add track".
Edit: You can also mux an arbitrary number of tracks with MKVMergeGUI, of course.

I still use Gordian Knot. It's not so easy to use, but I'm accustomed to it.

Thanks, I think I'm just going to stick with Ripbot264 and then manually mux the Japanese audio track with MKVtoolnix.

Stuttering is unusual, maybe you can upload a sample clip and log file and post it to the StaxRip thread found in my signature.

Ok, I will try and upload a sample of the stuttering in the next couple of days.
