Help needed: How to split .ac3 accortding the .cue? [Archive]

any ideas how to solve this one?
I tried Medieval CUE splitter unsuccessfully.

How did you end up with a CUE sheet with an AC3 file?

honestly, the 2 files are downloaded from internet (eMule) as you might expected.
